Primary Purpose and Function
The achievement of sales goals through the development of new Enterprise Security Sales in the New England market.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Exceed sales goals as established by the organization
- Identify & develop new enterprise level customer prospects
- Utilize consultative sales techniques in customer development situations
- Preparation and presentation of company offerings to end-user customers
- Aggressively grow service and maintenance agreements as part of solution selling process
- Determine hosted, managed, monitored sales opportunities with new customer prospects
- Preparation of timely and accurate solution proposals
- Maintain quality assurance by following organization standards
- Design security proposals using approved technology products and labor estimating tools
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure sold projects are successfully delivered and customer satisfaction is maintained
Knowledge and Skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years relevant experience in the electronic security industry or 2+ years of enterprise level sales experience
- The ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base
- Organized and analytical decision-making capabilities
- Highly-motivated and customer service oriented
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally
- Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices
- Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Solid understanding of security technologies and labor estimating techniques for the purpose of putting together a quality and accurate proposal
Job Demands
- 20% office and 80% off-site customer development

Salary: $20.00 to $50.00 /hour
Looking for an experienced technician to install and service existing customer accounts. Troubleshoot issues, must be able to clearly report problems customers and company staff and come up with a solutions to resolve the site problems. Candidate must have the ability to learn new systems, work under pressure and ability follow through with completing problematic issues.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn Electronic Security Parts, Design and Installation Requirements
- Input new sales leads into CRM system, start quotes for existing customers
- Duplicate or change quotes on an as needed basis
- Work directly with sales staff to write quotes for customers
- Track New, Delivered, Follow Up,Sold, In Progress and Billable Quotes in System
- Follow up with completed projects with customer to verify they are happy with the installation and if there is any additional work
- Complete routine software support agreements for customers.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Products, Word , Excel.
- Understand simple formula creation in Excel.
- Clear Communication Skills.
- Be able to track multiple open quotes, status of those quotes, oustanding items need for those quote in CRM application.
